When to NOT belly bind
- If you have broken bones, you should wait until they have healed (including anything in the back, ribs, and pubic shelf).
- If you have experienced any prolapse (including uterine, bladder, or rectal), please consult your doctor before belly binding.
- If you have any allergies, please be sure to mention them - particularly to certain herbs and/or spices.
- If you have had a C-section, you should wait until your incision has healed before belly binding.
